About the Event
In this class, teens will learn how to center themselves, a powerful tool that can be used anywhere. Through gentle movement, yoga, and games, students will learn more about themselves. They will learn to tune in, notice and welcome their familiar habits and patterns and then be empowered to choose (if they want) new patterns and ways of being. Each class will include a brief discussion, centering practice, movement, and will end with relaxation.
